Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only for vape products that are proven to be defective within a period of one (1) day from the date of receipt. The defect must be due to manufacturing issues and not the result of misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by the customer.
To initiate a return or refund request, you must notify us of the defect within one (1) day of receiving the product. Please provide detailed information about the defect and any relevant supporting documentation, such as clear photographs or videos.
You are responsible for the proper use and care of the vape product during the initial 24-hour period following receipt. Any defects reported beyond this timeframe or caused by improper handling, misuse, or customer-induced damage will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
